Built for how agencies actually run email
Eight surfaces. Each one kills a real ops pain — shown as the console your team will live in, not a feature checklist. Plans live on Pricing.
01 · Workspace switcher
Client workspaces
Account managers lose hours switching ESP logins and asking “which brand is this?”
A top-bar workspace switcher scopes every module to the client you’re serving. Assign AMs so books stay clean.
Morning standups start from “open TechNova,” not “find the password.”
- Workspace switcher
- Client isolation
- AM assignments
- First-send onboarding
02 · SES · SendGrid · Mailgun
BYO SES / SendGrid / Mailgun
Per-contact SaaS × N clients kills margin. Raw SES is cheap but too technical for most AMs.
Connect each client’s provider. Guided setup aims at domain/sender readiness and a safe first test send. Resend, Brevo, and Postmark are on the roadmap.
You sell seats and process — not a markup on every email.
- SES · SendGrid · Mailgun
- Coming soon: Resend · Brevo · Postmark
- Reputation isolation
- Test send
03 · Pipeline statuses
Campaign pipeline & approvals
Drafts live in Docs; “approve?” lives in chat; nobody knows if it’s sendable.
Draft → review → ready → schedule/send with optional client review links. Needs-attention surfaces blocked work.
Clients preview on a calm link — they don’t need the ops console.

- Client review links
- Test send
- Schedule / send
04 · Readiness score
Deliverability that blocks bad sends
Teams learn SPF/DKIM only after a bounce spike. Sends go out when DNS isn’t ready.
Readiness checks for provider, domain, and sender. Webhooks under each client. Clear codes when a send is blocked.
You don’t burn a list to discover DNS was wrong.

- Send gates
- Domains & senders
- Webhooks
05 · Contacts
Contacts, lists, segments, suppression
CSVs collide across brands. Suppressions aren’t respected.
Per-workspace contacts with lists, segments, and suppression. Import flows emphasize trust.
Hygiene and targeting without rebuilding segments in five tools.

06 · Journey builder
Automations & signup forms
Welcome journeys rebuilt in every ESP. Form leads die in inboxes.
Per-client journeys with safe enrollments. Hosted forms write to lists, tags, and live automations.
Always-on retention without spreadsheet glue.

07 · Overview hub
Reports & white-label proof
Monthly proof is screenshots that train clients to need the ESP — not you.
Shareable packs with Growth/Scale white-label colors, hide-platform branding, custom domain, and PDF download. Clients open a calm link — they never need your console.
You look like the agency of record.

08 · RBAC
Team roles & magic-link clients
Everyone shares one login. Editors can accidentally send. Billing isn’t gated.
Owner, admin, AM, editor — plus magic-link approvers for client sign-off. Billing stays owner-only.
Staffing matches how agencies actually ship email.

Client-ready proof
The pack your client opens — under your brand
Share link or PDF. Agency colors and logo. Watch the full pack scroll through — then open the real file. Growth and Scale unlock white-label; Free still proves the desk.
FAQ
Product & provider questions
Which email providers does EonMailer support today?
Amazon SES, SendGrid, and Mailgun are live. Resend, Brevo, and Postmark are shown as coming soon in the product.
Do opens, clicks, and bounces work with every provider?
Yes for all live providers. SES, SendGrid, and Mailgun support event tracking via webhooks (and SES Configuration Sets). Healthy tracking is required for send readiness and full Reports.
How does deliverability work for SES?
Guided connect validates credentials and sandbox vs production, then domain/sender readiness and event tracking. Sends can be gated until the workspace is send-ready.
Can I migrate off Mailchimp without rewriting every client’s ESP?
Often yes: move ops to EonMailer while connecting each client’s SES/SendGrid/Mailgun. See our Mailchimp-for-agencies comparison for the model shift.
Ready to pick a plan?
Free proves the desk. Growth adds white-label. Scale removes client/seat ceilings. See integrations for SES, SendGrid, and Mailgun.
